Last week most of Stage 3 went on a 3-day school excursion to Canberra as a part of their History unit of work – Australia as a Nation.
We went all over Canberra, to places such as Questacon (A.K.A the National Science and Technology Center), the Australian War Memorial, and the New Parliament House, learning many, many things as we went.
Questacon was probably the most-liked place we went to (followed by the National Museum of Australia), since it had many interesting exhibits.
It was very exhausting, going to so many places in such little time, though all of us would agree that it was very, very fun and enjoyable!
